SCHEDULE OF FEES

In the event of a transaction involving a building or business, the agency fees are payable by the seller (s) and amount to:

• 5% excluding tax (five for cant excluding tax) of the Sale price

In the case of a seasonally furnished rental, the agency fees are payable by the lessee (s) and amount to:

• 25% excluding tax (twenty-five for cant excluding tax) of the amount of the Rent

In the case of tourist services requested during a seasonal rental, fees may be requested as a lump sum in addition to the rental fees.
