Real estate exhibitions

A group of our companies every year participates in real estate, tourism and yachting exhibitions. Several times a year, the company's management participates in international real estate exhibitions in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Astana, London. At these exhibitions we meet directly with our future buyers, their representatives and international real estate agencies. To date, our company has participated in more than 40 exhibitions. More than 50 international agencies represent our real estate base in their countries by sending us their clients.

Since 2003 the company has been publishing an annual real estate catalog where we present all of our properties. The catalog is distributed during numerous exhibitions, during premium class events, as well as among our company's clients.

Since 2016, the ServiceAzur group of companies issuing a "Newspaper from ServiceAzur". This publication is aimed at Russian-speaking residents of the Riviera and guests of the Cote d'Azur.

Since 2016,the first Russian-French radio has opened in Nice, on the waves of our partner NICE RADIO You will constantly listen to news and advertising from ServiceAzur.

Since 2012, the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco annually hosts GALA RUSSE - enchanting performances of domestic opera and ballet stars that leave no one indifferent. The group of companies ServiceAzur is the sponsor of the project, at GALA RUSSE you can see the stand of our company.

For more than a decade, we have been written about, and our advertising has been in such media as Lux Residence, Home overseas, Moskovskaya gazeta, RUS Monaco, MONACO, Nice Matin and others.

Advertising in the city and airport

Our clients see us immediately upon arrival at the airport in Nice. These strategically important places are hard to miss. For more than 5 years, our six-meter banner in Russian has been meeting our compatriots opposite the Aeroflot ticket office.

Our banners are also located at the exit of Nice and Cannes airports. Our Newspaper by ServiceAzur is distributed free in Nice.
